Collaborators Fernanda D’Agostino, Sophia Wright Emigh, and Jaleesa Johnston continue their year long investigation of how the human body encodes both personal and generational memory and history. Emigh and Johnston will activate the installation with movement and explore the spatial possibilities offered by the multi-layered projections. Decameron/InBody includes creative coding of sound and video, with live interactive video captured in real time. With sound by acclaimed composer Guillermo Galindo as well as emerging sound artists Kevin McDonald and Karim Lakhdar. Fernanda will also be hosting a guided story telling table for those who were unable to attend the dinner, with stories of their own to share. Each story teller will receive a memento of their time around the table.
