Project Description

TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA

Artist: William Shakespeare
August 29th, 2013 – September 8th, 2013

This round of E4P will be helmed by New Yorker Dan Kennedy (also performing!), host of America’s favorite podcast, The Moth Radio Hour with music by Ritchie Young of the band Loch Lomond. Emmy-Award nominated Arthur Bradford will be showing and telling stories about juicy previously unseen footage of 6 Days to Air: The Making of South Park. Stand-up comedian Barbara Holm has been described as clever, unique, idiosyncratic, and exuberant: Seattle City Arts Magazine called her a “comedy wizard” and Seattle Stranger Newspaper described her as an “adorable wunderkind.”  Reprising his performance from the Slingshot Comedy series at Portland Center Stage, The Portland Mercury’s own Wm. Steven Humphrey reveals–through song, dance and visuals–his very real pop star crush. The 2013 Best American Essays contributor Kevin Sampsell will delight you with passages from his soon-to-be-released novel, This is Between Us and Professional Touring Poet Mindy Nettifee will rock out some stanzas while accompanied by Ritchie Young.  And of course, the writer, and producer of E4P, B. Frayn Masters,  will make you question your whole life with some mind-bending fiction.

Plus: a brand new video short by MASTERS & ROUSE.
